My name is Gwilym Neeld and I am a picture framer with over a decade experience framing for galleries, artists, businesses and homes.

In recent years I have been managing Frame Factory Ten in Hampstead, London working on bespoke commissions for a variety of clients, from high profile galleries to domestic projects.

The Frame Works brings this variety of experience to the South West. I am based in Heavitree in Exeter but can offer framing to Devon as well as parts of Dorset, Somerset and Cornwall depending on the project.
